In the lush tropical setting of South Africa’s KwaZulu Natal South Coast is a unique private Estate called Caribbean Estates, bordered by the Indian Ocean on the East and the Umtamvuna River on the South.

Caribbean Estates is an established development with magnificent three, four or six bedroom villas available for purchase or to rent for the holiday of a lifetime. The villas are exquisitely furnished and equipped.

Facilities on the Estate include a beautiful swimming pool complex with 2 additional pools on the estate, tennis courts and a small playground for children. Located behind the Tennis Courts, we have a recently opened Entertainment area with Pool Tables, Juke Box and kiddies rides.  Bring your own boat or take advantage of the boats, jet skis and other equipment at The Riverside (Wild Coast Sun) or Water World operating from the Old Pont nearby.
